About

Inner Light Counseling

Meet Gina Polimeni

I am a counselor working towards my License Processional Counseling Certificate (LPC) and practice as an Intern with the State of Oregon, and receive supervision from Terri Weber Harris, LPC CADC II. I earned my masters in mental health counseling with a specialization in addictions from Lewis and Clark College, my B.A. in Human Studies from Marylhurst and my CADC I from MHACBO.

I am a musician, I love the ocean and nature. I am constantly working on my continuing education and pushing myself to develop more skills and knowledge as a healer to reach more people that are looking for enlightenment. I am passionate about helping others that want to grow, heal and become better versions of themselves.

My passion is to create an experience for any individual to find hope and peace during times of difficulty and trials. I find that healing comes through combining all aspects of a person’s life, mentally, physically and spiritually.

“Life is like riding on a raft. At times the water is smooth and we enjoy the sun and how calm the ride is, but at any moment we can hit a class 3 or class 4 rapid. When the rapids hit it takes everything we have to just hold on to the sides of the raft and wait until it’s over and we get to the smooth waters again. The beautiful thing about this, the rapids eventually end, we just have to be patient.”
